Nationality
Citizen of India. Subjects of Nepal / Bhutan and Tibetan refugees (settled before 1 Jan 1962) are also eligible as per rules.

If you haven't done One-Time Registration yet, go to ssc.gov.in → click "Register" → fill in personal details, upload photo & signature → get your Registration ID.
Visit ssc.gov.in → click "Login" → enter your Registration ID and password → access the candidate dashboard.
On the dashboard, find the "SSC CGL 2026" apply link → click it to open the application form.
Enter personal details, category, preferred exam centres, educational qualifications, and post preferences carefully. Double-check before proceeding.
⚠️ Pre-existing photographs are no longer accepted. You must capture a live photo using a webcam or smartphone as per the 2026 instructions. Also upload your signature.
Pay ₹100 via UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit card. Exempted categories can skip. Note: once paid, fees are non-refundable.
